Cindy has been working with First Responders across the Northeast Region for 15 years. “Customers and Dealers have become like family to me and I strive everyday to provide them with the best equipment that there is. Steve Potter grew up on the Northshore of Lake Superior in the compressor business. Steve has served as the President of Arctic Compressor since 2018 and is focused on company growth, customer experience, and maintaining the highest standard of quality possible.
After graduating from UMD in 2012 with a degree in mechanical engineering, Paul dedicated seven years to supply chain management. Upon joining Arctic Compressor in March 2022, Paul endeavors to use his problem solving skills to manage operations as our company continues to grow at a rapid pace including Production, Supply Chain, Warehousing and Safety. Outside of work, Paul is an avid fisherman and loves the outdoors.
Andy joined Arctic Compressor in September of 2019, focused on company growth and development. Andy is motivated by success and loves to solve problems. His goal is to make Arctic Compressor a household name.
Katie is a graduate of UW River Falls with a degree in marketing communications. She loves working with the amazing people and wants to keep building upon the great work culture we have here. Fun fact: Katie is a championship-level rodeo competitor!
Steve is a Michigan Tech graduate who has over a decade of experience with varying roles in technical support, engineering, product management, sales and marketing. He enjoys working as part of a team to develop creative solutions.
Andy has dedicated over five years to Arctic Compressor and as our Production Manager, Andy is responsible for ensuring orders are fulfilled on time. The thing he loves most about working for Arctic is making a plan and seeing it come to fruition. As with most everyone else, Andy is focused on growing the company.
Morghann brings a wealth of experience to the Arctic team. Working in a variety of industries, she brings expertise and a breadth of knowledge that helps us support our dealers and share the amazing benefits of choosing Arctic Compressor.
Kelcey is at the forefront of training our team on our innovative products and delivering certified technician courses. Her expertise ensures that our staff and dealers are well-equipped to handle any service-related issues, making her the primary contact for all service inquiries. Kelcey’s dedication to excellence in service management is complemented by her passion for fostering a knowledgeable and skilled team.
Jon plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all of our Arctic products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Jon meticulously oversees our quality assurance processes, guaranteeing that every product not only meets but exceeds industry standards.
Bryce is known for his meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities, which have been instrumental in reducing discrepancies and enhancing our overall inventory processes. His proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams has led to successful implementations of innovative inventory solutions, ultimately driving cost savings and operational excellence.
