Our Fill Stations are designed and certified to meet the rigorous standards set by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Our containment fill stations are NFPA 1901 certified for 5500 PSI operation, exceeding the NFPA’s 1901 recommendations for filling high-pressure breathing air cylinders.
Our products are capable of compressing air that meets or exceeds either CGA Grade E, or D depending on what standard is required.

This is the most basic setup of our fill stations. All valve operations, pressure monitoring, and fill timing must be done manually by the operator.
A step up in functionality from no controls.
This option includes a control panel with switches, gauges, and indicators. The operator still needs to make decisions and actively manage the fill process.

An automated control system manages the entire fill process. Multiple storage banks are used and automatically sequenced for optimal filling. The system handles all valve operations.
